The Interfraternity Council is the local governing body for 16 Interfraternity Council chapters at the San Diego State University. The IFC works to promote the highest ideals of scholarship, leadership, service and fraternalism among its member organizations. In addition, the IFC provides educational programming on a variety of topics to fraternity chapters and their members including leadership, risk management, alcohol awareness and scholarship. The IFC consists of a 15 member Executive Board, elected annually, and a legislative body comprised of every fraternity vice president and an appointed delegate. |
